All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 5-7 business days. Orders are not

shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to
correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have
provided an incorrect shipping address.

 RETURN REQUEST DAYS

 We have a 3-day replacement / refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement / return. Delivery date is considered as Day 1.

To be eligible for a replacement / return, your item must be in the same condition in that Customer received, un-worn and unused, with tags, and its box inside courier bag must not be torn or cut opened except tape.

NOTE- Shoes and clothes will be exchanged only if the size is not correct or wrong product is delivered and no refund will be given.

Refunds are not available on shoes and clothes.
No replacement or refund will be given under any condition other than size and wrong product.

If the size of your product is not correct or the product is torn somewhere, then you can send the product photo, bill photo and opening video to this mail id (support@shop101.com).
