Return Policy

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• The products must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
• Shoes and clothes can only be exchanged if the size is incorrect or if the wrong product was delivered. No refunds will be given for these items.

Refunds

• Refunds are not available for shoes and clothes.
• No replacement or refund will be given under any condition other than incorrect size or wrong product delivery.
• There is no restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, which is Rs.180.

Order Cancellation

• To cancel an order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing the order at ehomestore07@gmail.com.

Exchanges

• To exchange products, please contact us by email.
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost for exchanges, which is Rs.180.

Damaged/Wrong Product/Empty Parcel

• If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, or an empty parcel, please contact us by email at ehomestore07@gmail.com.
• We will send the correct product at no additional cost to you.
